Three different types of instantaneous temperature converters available online
What is Celsius?
Celsius, an indispensable unit of temperature measurements that we frequently encounter in our daily lives, takes its name from the Swedish astronomer Anders Celsius, who lived in the 18th century. The Celsius degree is defined by dividing the freezing and boiling points of water into 100 equal parts. This definition is made assuming that water freezes at 0 degrees and boils at 100 degrees. It is generally a preferred unit of measurement in daily weather forecasts, cooking processes and many scientific calculations.
In some areas, you may need to convert Celsius to other temperature units. This is often very difficult to calculate. We have developed a great tool, the temperature transducer, to make this situation more manageable. Thanks to this tool, you can access Kelvin and Fahrenheit values by entering the Celsius value.
What unit is Kelvin?
Kelvin is known as the thermodynamic unit of temperature measurement and is the international standard unit used in this field. It takes its name from Scottish physicist and engineer William Thomson, also known as Lord Kelvin.
The Kelvin scale is based on the absolute zero point. Absolute zero is a theoretical temperature point at which atoms remain motionless, and this temperature corresponds to -273.15 degrees Celsius. This scale is widely used in scientific studies, especially in the fields of physics and chemistry. The Kelvin scale does not have negative values like the Celsius scale.
What is the Fahrenheit Unit?
Fahrenheit is a widely used unit of temperature measurement, especially in the United States. It was developed by Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit, a physicist who lived in 18th-century Germany. This scale defines the freezing point of water as 32 degrees and the boiling point as 212 degrees.
The Fahrenheit scale is used in daily life, such as air temperature measurements. A specific mathematical formula carries out the conversion between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Converting Temperature from Celsius to Kelvin and Fahrenheit
You can use our tool for temperature conversions for free. This tool allows users to calculate entered Celsius values in Kelvin and Fahrenheit instantly. Our tool offers the opportunity to make fast and accurate conversions without charging any fees.
Users can quickly obtain temperature values on the other two scales by simply entering the Celsius value. These transformations provide practical solutions in scientific studies, educational activities and daily life.
How Does a Temperature Transducer Work?
Step 1: Enter the temperature you want to convert in the first box.
Step 2: In this step, choose which of the three different temperatures you want to convert. Temperature types supported by our vehicle;
- Celsius Kelvin Conversion
- Kelvin Fahrenheit Conversion
- Fahrenheit Celsius Conversion
Additionally, when you convert from one temperature type to another, you can access the results of all types.
Step 3: After selecting the temperature values and type, you can access the results by clicking the "Calculate" button. The output of the sample results looks like the image below.
